The Tangled Neuron has created a great new resource that will let readers to create a map of doctors -GPS, family physicians, internists, and neurologists - they would recommend for persons with dementia.’

It’s called ‘Recommend-a-Doc’.

    Another great resource, Liz. One of the problems, sometimes, is that Alzheimer’s patients, especially in the beginning to mid stages, have been able to pull themselves together on visits to their doctor so he/she doesn’t see the symptoms the family caregiver, who’s with them constantly, does. With more and more specialists in this field, earlier recognition, diagnosis, and help is possible.
