Hand Book Project for those with Alzheimer’s Disease.

Here’s an interesting program that was run in Vermont 2005-2006 which had elders with early stage Alzheimer’s Disease and at risk teens partner up and create hand books.

    This is a fascinating project, Liz. Thanks for finding out about it and sharing with Alzheimer’s Notes readers. The idea of teens and elders participating together can be utilized in a variety of projects.
