An Alzheimer’s/Dementia Poem
Scott Stein’s grandmother, caregiver for her husband, died on Christmas. About ten years ago, Scott wrote a poem inspired by his grandmother and her devotion to his grandfather, who was afflicted with dementia.
He posted it on his blog as a tribute to his grandmother. I think you’d like to read, “Alzheimer’s, Max and Flo.”
