A Clock that adds structure for someone with Alzheimer’s.
Check out this clock created in Holland that is used to add structure in a user friendly way. Ideal for anyone with memory and confusion issues. The Clockweisser website, unfortunately, is in dutch but the video has english subtitles.

I LOVE this idea. I want one of these clocks. Actually I want 7 clocks, one for each day of the week…with a sign over each day - and some kind of light up calender telling me which day of the week it is. I think this might be the only way I can normalize my schedule.
Something to tell me when I need to sleep and eat, and when to go to work, when to teach, when to practice, when to blog, when to socialize.
Its genius. And unless the batteries run out - its probably better than an assistant - who really is flawed (ok I don’t have a personal assistant - just a very flawed memory).

Thank you, Laura, for stopping by and sharing your enthusiasm over Liz’s post. Yes, this seems like a really neat clock, doesn’t it?
