I’d heard some time ago that estrogen or hormone replacement therapy (HRT)can help prevent Alzheimer’s. My mom never took any hormone replacements after she reached menopause, and she developed Alzheimer’s disease. My mother-in-law used premarin for years and never acquired Alzheimer’s, although she developed breast cancer.
